Requirements:

• Candidate must be capable of developing outside business, reviewing credit packages and building mortgage broker relationships.
• 3+ years in business development, direct outside wholesale sub-prime sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, providing competitive pricing, products and marketing strategies, feedback to region.
