Inside Sales – Wholesale Lending

Develops loan volume through leads generated from interested mortgage brokers. Converts applications into funded loans to meet conversion and volume goals by obtaining and reviewing full credit packages and securing a commitment to close from the mortgage broker. Maintains understanding of underwriting guidelines, products and pricing. Must be able to multi-task, retain various loan guidelines and parameters to structure various loan scenario requests.

Requirements:

  • 2 years in comparable mortgage lending sales environment. Demonstrated sales ability; strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and telephone manner.
