You Will:

  • Have unlimited commission earnings potential.
  • Develop your existing relationships with local realtors/builders as referral sources for the origination of new home loans.
  • Maintain a strong presence at realtor/builder functions (including open houses and other networking opportunities).
  • Offer guidance to potential borrowers on appropriate loan products and coordinate pre-approvals and pre-qualifications.
  • Have the opportunity to efficiently close the loans you originate with internal technical and processing support.

We Require:

  • Minimum of 2 years of strong, successful residential purchase loan origination sales experience, plus the ability to develop strong consumer and business partner relationships.
  • Proven track record of generating mortgage sales.
  • Existing real estate agent or builder base that can be leveraged immediately for quality loan applications.
  • Superior interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Solid mortgage product knowledge.
